1、個人簡介
  施建峰,副教授、博導,浙江大學求是青年學者,化工機械研究所副所長。2011年在浙江大學化工過程機械專業取得博士學位,留校任教后2014年獲得新星計劃項目支持赴美國佐治亞理工學院材料科學與工程學系(2014-2015)以及工業工程學系(2015-2017)制造工程研究所學習深造。

2、研究方向
  施建峰博士多年來一直從事復合材料結構安全方向研究,其研究興趣包括:
(1) 聚乙烯管道、增強聚乙烯復合管(RTP)的結構無損檢測、失效分析以及新型連接技術;
(2) 聚烯烴及其增強結構、碳纖維增強復合材料結構承壓設備的無損檢測與安全評定技術;
(3) 大型復合材料飛機(如A350、B787等)的可靠連接與修復技術;
(4) 復合材料結構的先進測試與傳感技術;
(5) 風力發電機葉片、新型復合材料汽車(BMW i3/i8)及船舶的結構健康狀態監測與安全評定技術。

3、主要研究成果
  制定了國際首部聚乙烯管道電熔接頭安全評定國家標準(GB/T 29460-2012),為實現聚乙烯管道系統從“有損檢測”向“無損評價”轉變提供技術支撐,對提高我國聚烯烴及其復合管道系統的本質安全性起推進作用。研究成果已成功應用于石化、能源等重要行業。目前已獲得的20項授權國家發明專利,其中10項已實現專利實施權轉讓,實現人才培養、理論研究、技術開發及產業化應用的有機結合。
  主持或已完成國家自然科學基金、863子課題、博士后特別資助項目、博士后面上基金項目等,承擔總項目經費超過1000萬元,服務了包括中國燃氣、中國石油天然氣管道局、三門核電等大型骨干企業或重大工程;是2項國家科技支撐計劃子課題的主要研究者。參與指導6名博士生和7名碩士生。相關成果獲2014中國石油與化工聯合會技術發明獎一等獎(省部級,排名:2/9),2012中國石油與化工聯合會技術發明獎一等獎(省部級,排名:2/6),2008年美國機械工程師協會全球優秀博士生論文獎第二名(排名:1/3),2009國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局科技興檢獎二等獎(省部級,排名:5/10),參與制定國家標準兩項(分別排名:2/11,3/10),出版專著一部(排名:3/3),申報國家發明專利30項(已授權20項),獲軟件著作權2項,發表SCI/EI期刊論文15篇(其中浙江大學認定的TOP期刊7篇),并在本行業頂級學術會議——ASME 壓力容器與管道會議上發表或宣讀研究論文18篇(全部為EI收錄),并擔任2012-2015年間ASME PVPC中國壓力容器與管道技術分區共同組織者(Topic Co-Organizer),極端壓力容器(Extreme pressure equipment)分會場的共同發起者(Session Co-Developer)和主席(Chair),是Polymer Composites、ASME Journal of Manufacture and Processing、Engineering Failure Analysis等國際期刊及ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition審稿專家。
