 許忠斌,男,教授/博士生導師,浙江寧波人,F任過程裝備研究室主任。1990年畢業于浙江大學化工系,同年免試直讀浙江大學流體工程研究所研究生,1993年碩士畢業后到華南理工大學任教。1998年考取華南理工大學與北京航空材料研究院聯合培養博士生,2001年塑料機械博士畢業。其間曾借調到仲愷農業技術學院工作。2003年9月作為引進人才回到浙江大學工作。其中,2001年9月至2003年8月在華南理工大學與順德市秦川恒利塑機公司從事材料加工工程博士后研究工作;2008年6月至2009年9月英國劍橋大學(University of Cambridge)訪問學者。2014年7月至2015年10月在美國哈佛大學(Harvard University)進修訪學。第一屆全國橡塑委員會委員、中國振動學會常務理事、橡膠與塑料雜志(塑料版)編委會副主任。
主要從事過程微納米技術與裝備、塑料機械、流體工程和高分子材料成型加工的應用基礎研究,包括主動與被動式微混合、微流體器件與系統、注射成型、擠出成型、擠注發泡集成加工機械以及高性能納米塑料、特種塑料、導電塑料加工等。近5年來,先后主持及參加國家自然科學基金面上項目、省部重大科技專項、973子項目、國家重點實驗室基金、企業重大項目等10余項。在高性能和微結構塑料加工工藝與設備、微混合及微流控裝置等方面取得了具有一定國際影響力的研究成果。
在國際上提出了一系列新的塑料加工和微流控方法,包括微通道塑料薄膜、微通道塑料管道、新型微流體器件和高效節能塑料機械等,逐步應用于新材料、醫藥、包裝、涂料及塑料機械等行業,取得了較好的經濟和社會效益。已在Sensor Actuat B-Chem, Appl. Phys. Lett., Polym Eng Sci, J Appl Polym Sci, Nanotech., Adv Funct Mater, J Mater Sci.、化工學報、中國塑料、高;W報、化工機械、納米科技等國內外期刊發表學術論文60篇,其中SCI、EI收錄40余篇,已被國際同行他引共計800余次,H指數16。是國際期刊J Appl Polym Sci、化工學報等刊物的長期審稿人,兼任國內科技項目、科技獎勵、質量鑒定、學位論文等多個部門的評審專家。獲得授權國家發明專利及實用新型專利近20項,公開美國專利一項。曾獲省部級科技進步一等獎、自然科學二等獎和湯氏優秀中青年教師獎等榮譽稱號。
工作研究領域:
①微通道塑料制品成型加工和高效節能塑料機械,包括注射、擠出成型等;
②微混合器結構優化、微流體器件與系統,復雜系統流體工程及設備;
③新材料加工技術及裝備,新型導電材料、納米材料、包裝及吸聲材料等。
